Neurosurgeon Arrested for Heinous Murder of Tenant in Bello Monte

Italo Di Pascuale Acosta has been charged with qualified homicide for ignoble and futile motives by the 38th Prosecutor’s Office. The 48th Control Court ordered his detention and he was sent to a police facility in Maripérez.

The Caracas neurosurgeon, Ítalo Di Pascuale Acosta, identified as the perpetrator of Eduardo Súnico’s murder during an eviction in Bello Monte on Sunday, November 23, was promptly presented before a Caracas control court and remanded in custody.

– The hearing took place on Wednesday, November 26, confirmed by a source to La Tabla.
– At the request of the 38th Prosecutor’s Office, represented by attorney Wanda Ávila, charges were filed for qualified homicide regarding the Súnico case.
– The same charge, in an attempted form, was brought against him for the serious injuries suffered by Elvira González, the deceased’s wife, who was shot four times and is currently hospitalized.
