Despite his outrageous claims of having cured a mysterious cancer, allegedly with the help of voodoo Cuban medicine, Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez is looking quite unhealthy, as this recent image reveals. Chavez appears swollen in the face and behind the ears.
The image tells a different story. Given that Chavez, who has failed to fulfill any of the promises and declarations made over the past 12 years, is the only source for this recent announcement, one can only deduce that his self-proclamation of being cancer-free is yet another unfounded and misleading statement from the dictatorial leader, and the opposite may very well be true.
