Calvin Tucker’s Hypocrisy Exposed as Marxist Louis Proyect Challenges His Claims

It seems that someone else has the number of Calvin Tucker. A Marxist named Louis Proyect has taken the time to ridicule the Stalinist Tucker, who is well-known in the Venezuelan blogosphere for his threats of physical violence, open support for Hugo Chávez’s violent attempt to overthrow the democratically elected Carlos Andrés Pérez, admiration for Fidel Castro, and being a staunch apologist for any totalitarian leftist regime, as well as fundamentalist insurgent movements and narcoterrorists.

Calvin Tucker is certainly the kind of person who takes pride in having disfigured someone so badly that they needed reconstructive surgery on their face, yet he gets indignant when someone questions his mental sanity. However, there’s a claim from Tucker in the comments section of Proyect’s blog that caught my attention:

Undoubtedly Proyect doesn’t realize that Hugo Chávez has extensively quoted me during prime time on Venezuelan television.

So here’s a public invitation to Calvin Tucker, or any Chavista for that matter, to provide evidence that Hugo Chávez has quoted the deranged Calvin Tucker extensively on mainstream Venezuelan television. At a time when the Venezuelan Information Office is supposedly being dismantled due to its complete inability to create a positive media image for the dictator in the United States, it seems that Chávez’s apologists are losing all sensible connection with reality. Tucker must be worried that current (?) and future employers might access his questionable past and small dirty connections with online criminals, but he doesn’t think about that when spreading unfounded accusations against me all over the web. What a hypocrite.
