In August, I wrote a post about Google as the latest propaganda tool of Hugo Chávez. That post certainly upset some true believers; however, to their detriment, Google emerged from the shadows and acknowledged its existence, providing some tips on how to counteract “bad press,” which is basically a reiteration of what I argued and has been common knowledge for a while:
Now, I am fully aware of how easy it is to move search results up and down in Google rankings, having done it for years by simply creating Google-compatible pages with keywords and content specifically related to the terms/topics that one wants the pages to rank high for.
Now that my claims have been validated, I would like to offer online reputation management services to anyone who might need it. Not long ago, I purchased a domain called ungoogle.net, which, hopefully, I will launch soon.
